A prompt will be shared every wednesday and you’ll have to come up with a post that can be either a poem or a story, Well this sounds common yeah? Here’s the twist! There will be no single participation. You’ll have to participate with a co-blogger. It will be a collaborative work. There will be two categories:

1. Poetic duets: Two people will write a 10-line poem line by line alternatively based on/ related to prompt.

2. Story duets: Two people will write a 100+100 words story in a way that first person writes first 100 words and the second person will write rest 100 words based on/ related to prompt.

What’s the process??

I’ll explain you this with an example. Well let’s say A and B are bloggers who came up to participate in TBP’s prompt: Sky.

For poetic duets:

A comments first line of the poem related to the prompt and waits for another blogger to join or invite a blogger to join. Now when B comes up he can checkout what others have commented. If B likes what A wrote, B will write the next line replying the comment and they’ll end up with a 10-lie poem or can write his own new line in new comment and wait for/ invite others to join and hence two bloggers will come up with a 10 line poem that will be posted on their individual blogs tagging each other’s blogs and they’ll add a pingback to the TBP’s prompt.

For story duets:

A comments first 100 words of the story related to the prompt and waits for another blogger to join or invite a blogger to join. Now when B comes up he can checkout what others have commented. If B likes what A wrote, B will write the next 100 words paragraph continuing the story sensibly replying the comment and they’ll end up with a 100+100 words story or can write his own new 100-words paragraph in new comment and wait for/ invite others to join and hence two bloggers will come up with a 100+100 words story that will be posted on their individual blogs tagging each other’s blogs and they’ll add a pingback to the TBP’s prompt.

You can either write a story or a poem in response to prompt and pingback to us and we’ll be reblogging some of the awesome posts under the page Poetic duets and Story duets that we receive as a response to prompt through out the week until the next week’s prompt.
